Hi! It is definately not too early to be having symptoms and the cramping etc may have just been implantation, was the bleeding really dark red or was it light/rose coloured or brown like old blood? If it was that would be how implantation bleeding presents but If you are a bit concerned maybe see your doctor? I started to feel symptoms with DS at about 4weeks and morning sickness had fully settled in by 5ish weeks so anything is possible! With subsiquent pregnancies it is very common not to get tender breasts but if you do have them then that is a good tell tale sign although some people do experience this without being preg. About the cramping I didn't experience implantation cramping with DS but think I may be utd now (hoping and praying!) as I am having severe heart burn which I never get except from when utd and pretty bad nausea but i'm in the same boat as you an am going to wait to test but it's soo hard hey!
