    Too Early??

Hi there! This is my first time on BelleBelly and my first post.
I am currently TTC. I have 3 beautiful children aged, 14, 12 and 7, and very excited to have another. You would think I would know enough about conception and pregnancy by now, lol, but my memory aint what it used to be, hehehe.

I worked out ovulation at 17th July, not by temps, but, just by dates, given that I have an extremely regular 28 day cycle.

On the 19th-21st I had some brown spotting (pink when I wiped). I know that is way to early to be implantation bleeding, but was wondering if maybe my O date could be wrong although my AF is always regular. (Isn't it amazing how we can talk ourselves into anything, lol).

I have already done one HPP (just to ease my best friends curiosity, lol) got a BFN of course.Geeeeeeze, I hate the TWW!!!!

    Any comments welcome....

    Marlene.

Welcome to BB. You can't guess your O date based on how long your cycle is. Average luteal phases seem to be between 10 & 14 days so if you have a short LP then you could have O'd later in the cycle. Temping is the best way to work out when you O.

Hi and welcome to bb, i was going to say what satya said. Your LP might be shorter than you think. Try temping and observing cm to work out your o time. Good Luck

Thankyou ladies for your advice, I will definently try temping next month if I don't get a BFP this time, although, hopefuly I wont have to. I am normally one of the extremely lucky ones that gets pg instantly...(not that i thought I was so lucky at 16 ) LOL.
