Iv been trying to get pregnant for 6-8 months now and I don't quit understand the charting and doing Ovulation test every day before you ovulate. Cause every time I think I'm test ok and there comes up with two lines on the (OVULATION TEST) and we do the baby dances I wait those pain stacking days and Neva to see two lines on the pregnancy test my gut drops and my heart falls into a million pieces, I have irregular period it's Neva the same every month I can go 2 months with out having a period...
Does anyone have other great tips that could help!!
Have you been to see your GP? Irregular periods, long cycles etc can indicate a number of different things. For me it was PCOS, which has a direct impact on the way we are TTC and how we approach things.
Ovulation tests will almost always have 2 lines, the optimal time to take a test is from memory between 10am and 4pm. The when the test line is as dark as, or darker than the control line this indicates you should ovulate in the next 12-36 hours.
If you want to chart temperature I would suggest using something like fertility friend that can teach you how to do it.
Good luck, it took quite some time to get my son so I understand how frustrating and confusing it can be
Hey hun, I understand what your going through as I had be trying for over a year and nothing. On and off birth control I think had something to do with this, I bought the clear blue ovulation test which comes up with a blank circle if your not ovulating and a smiley face if you are, as soon as I saw the smiley face, we baby danced and a few weeks later my positive pregnancy test!! I was starting to give up hope that I could conceive, I would recommend clear blue ovulation test to anybody!! And keep positive! My thoughts are with you
