to Belly Belly Kate!

I too suffer from PCOS, and for me it means that I do not ovulate on a regular basis, (just this week I have had my first AF in 8 months!) because the eggs form little cysts on my ovaries instead of being released.

PCOS affects women in many different ways, excess hair, acne, excess weight and of course, irregular cylcles.

And like Control Freak said, many women with PCOS go on to have normal pregnancies, and beautiful babies. There are many books availabe on this topic, have a look at the Belly Belly online store, or at any good book store.

If you do have PCOS (and you don't), then there are plenty of treatments available, including natural therapies and also fertility drugs from specialists.

Wishing you all the best for your ultrasound next week, let us know how you go
