Is there somewhere you can download an eating plan, like they have for weightloss diets? Like a day to day planner? Might be easier to follow iykwim!?

I haven't seen a free meal plan. A-gender can do a personalized meal plan for you if you want to cough up some cash.
I bought the Silver Plan recently - it is general info, not a personalised plan. We are ttc a girl too! I have been taking cranberry tabs and I have checked the ph of my CM. The info I have says timing is less important than having a girl friendly environment - ie. acidic CM, acidic sperm.
