Lovemykids congrats on finding out the you are having a beautiful princess.
Well I've only got one more week left of the TWW, so hopefully I've catch the eggie and will get my princess as well.

My update is : that AF is dues sometime between today and next Saturday. I think i could take a test but would prefer to wait a few days.
I have had some stomach discomfort these past few days.. Mothers intuition tells me i could be... But time will tell..

I know miklaoz, time is dragging for me. but i have been taking ovulex for a week now and actually feel like something might be happening in there. I am feeling cramps and niggles that i have not felt in a long time. I am hoping that i am on my way to ovulating very soon. Have been temping and using maybe baby ... so will see what happens next. thinking pink eggie thoughts for you both miklaoz and amandaj.
Congrats nikki, well done. Did you use any other methods??? diet, supplements, etc.

Thinking blue for you and I only used the dates and the position no supplements or diets. I am lucky still can't believe it.

oops sorry miklaoz. i am feeling a bit ditzy lately. yep blue for sure. me too!. checked my ph just now and it is "in the zone" and according to maybe baby and opk it looks like i am heading into ovulating in the very near future. yay for my eggies!!!!! and i am astounded at the ovulex tablets working so well ! considering i have not ovulated for MORE THAN 7 YEARS!!!!!!!!

Hi all, I was just peeking in this thread (hope you don't mind) for a bit of info. I fell pregnant with DS and all I remember was it was the first time trying!!! So I'm guessing it must have been around O time. Now with this pregnancy, we were going to try for a girl, and then DH felt too weird about "trying" for a particular sex (grr) so we just ended up doing it whenever. I do know that I'm pretty much a 28 day cycle girl, and that I O on day 14. Now, we DTD (twice) on the 9th day of my cycle, and also DTD on the 16th day. (From memory it was definitely missionary on the 16th day, but not on the 9th day). Sooo... in your "experienced" opinions, would we have more likely made a little princess or another prince?? Any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks :-)

Aricyn's mum (mel).. we were trying for a girl this time too. We had a 2 day cut off (DTD CD12 and Oed CD14) Im thinking maybe 2 days wasnt enough though so have a feeling i may get a boy. But with your 5 day.. they say girl sperm live for 5 days so you may be very lucky if the egg was fertilised on the day you Oed. If it was when you DTD on CD16 then i think really you have 50/50 chance. Will be hoping for pink princesses for both of us!

if your bub was concieved from day 9 BD then most likely a girl, as boy sperm dont live as long so the girl sperm would have been hanging around early waiting for the egg. its possible day 16 was the day and a boy is more likely then but eggies dont live very long after they pop out, some say 24hrs at most, so who knows???? your ph level at the time also has a lot to do with it. if you eat more eggs milk and vegies a girl is more likely, if your into salty foods rice potatoes bananas then you,ve got boy vibes. but i am no expert, this is my research so far.
some people also say if you concieve in the "first quarter" of the moon, a boy, and in the 3rd quarter of the moon for a girl ????? if you go for that kind of stuff???

Hi Girls,
Just wanted to ask a quick question if anyone can help.
I "could" be few weeks pregnant if all went to plan and i am experiencing pains in my lower belly, abit like (to many sit ups) uncomfortable, sometimes abit too uncomfortable. No nice, at night they seem to be worse. any ideas what it could be? I guess i am nervous cause i tried the Bi Carb thing... ? Could i have stuffed something up?

Miklaoz.. um.. im only guessing but could it have been the egg planting itself into the uterus wall? I got a lot of tingly pains around when AF was due so im guessing that was just my body starting to get ready for pregnancy. Fingers crossed for you!

I am unsure what it might be. That was my first thought, I you know streching of the uterus etc. It has been a few days now i don't rememeber getting these type of ongoing cramps with the other 2 though. They are not painful just like constipation sort of.. It is hard to explain. Maybe even like period cramps. I think i would be about 4 weeks, no signs of bleeding either. I feel fine other that tired. I am hesitate to go to the Doctors (especially with 2 children with me)...
I did look stuff up on Ectopic Pregnancy, but not sure..

Hi Miklaoz, i had funny feelings with my first daughter, like a slight ache, or a "heaviness" or something like that. Not painful but just like I was really "aware" of the exact location and size of my uterus. hard to explain in words. it started very early and lasted pretty much for the whole pg.
Just rest and relax (as much as possible with two kids around) take care.
