I'm just keeping this thread as a bit of a running blog for me in the hope that I get pregnant this year!

Today I had an ultrasound. My first ever transvaginal - bit of discomfort but I survived. Both ovaries had lots of cysts on them. The doctor doing my ultrasound said my body wants to ovulate but just can't. She was very nice and positive and thinks once I see the FS I shouldn't have too much problem.

I am going back to the GP next thur to get a formal report on the ultrasound I had today plus the blood test results I had on tuesday and to have a pap smear (not a big fan of these!) I've got an appointment with the FS on the 17th of Feb so only a month away.

So atm it's all just about going through the motions really. I will be happy once I see the FS because I guess the game plan for me is all going to depend on him. I am feeling positive though I think because both my GP and the doctor who did my ultrasound today have all said encouraging words and have been positive saying I will get pregnant. And they both have had said very good things about the FS I am going to see so I guess the pressure will be on him now lol.
