It worked for me! In combination with acupuncture, my cycle went from 37 to 31 days in one month.
Good idea to talk to someone first.

I tried it but it gave me bad anxiety- really quickly too, within a few days, so immediately stopped it, lots of people don't have any trouble with it though.
