Vitex and Elevit ... anything else to help???

Hello,

Ive had two healthy boys.. now after 2 miscarriages I am super keen to have our third... so taken Vitex and Elevit to help me concieve.
Any other recommendations??

FYI - Elevit isn't a great vitamin supplement. It's cheap, but a better one is Bio Ceuticals InNatal which you can buy at some health food/naturopathic shops.

Is there a reason you're taking Vitex?

Have you had any testing done? Most of the time, miscarriages happen because the DNA didnt reproduce properly and there's nothing that can be done about that. Other times, there may be factors that can be tested for.

I wouldn't be taking vitex.

Try maca root powder instead.

I agree with LionsandBears about the InNatal...i used that and thought it was great.

Are you willing to try acupuncture? and i know its an obvious one, but a FS told me once that regular exercise works wonders.
