What is this?

Hi Everyone

I have recently come off the pill and commenced TTC #1. Today is cycle day 30, normally I have 28 day cycles.
I have done a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative, my nipples were very tender about a week ago (not as much now though) + cramps + some nausea.
I did a HPT yesterday and it was negative. Am wondering now where's AF? And could I have just missed implantation as my 'symptoms' aren't so strong now?

Not sure how long you've been off the pill for but for a few months after coming off (I was on it 10 yrs) I got sore bb's around ovulation and again when AF was due. It could be just symptoms of coming off the pill. My cycles were all over the place after stopping the pill, vitex from a naturopath fixed me up straight away and we fell preg with our baby girl.
If you have trouble with cramps and irregularities I swear by vitex now

Or perhaps you're preg

maybe test again in a cpl days if AF doesn't show.

When we TTC#1 I came off the pill after being on it for 12 years. It took us 6 months to get prgnant as my cycles were all over the place and I had trouble figuring out when I O'd. I got AF at 4 wks, 5, 6, 4, 4!! My symptoms were much diffferent to when I was on the pill. I realised in the last month when we got BFP that I O on day 18. Now we're TTC#2 and being off the pill I've had 3 months of 28 days and we've just started trying this month. I think the body just takes a bit of time to get itself sorted.
Or maybe like Babyluv said - you might be pregnant! Test again in a couple of days. Good luck
