Thats when your progesterone level is likely to be at its highest and then if conception hasn't happened it starts to lower and then any symptoms caused by it lessen and then disappear altogether. I find I can get some major mood swings around then.
Hi,
Does anyone know why it takes around a week past Ovulation before I get any mild breast pain? What are my hormones doing at this time?
Last month I thought I may have had a BFP and that was the cause of the pain, especially since I started noticing it at 7DPO. It's not nipple tenderness, but feels like deep tissue tenderness when I press in on the sides of my breasts.
Now I think it might just be part of my normal ovulatory cycle, but I'm still intrigued as to why it doesn't happen around AF or O time instead?
Warm wishes to everyone for a Happy BFP September!!

It's weird because I get that as well - although I get the sore deep tissue aching right up until AF comes
For me, I think it is a combination of progesterone levels and fluid retention before AF arrives causing bb pain before AF.
TICKLISH
Hi Darily,
I also get this - in fact, I have it right now and I'm on CD28. I get them quite sore underneath around the sides. I don't like it because it makes me also think they are getting heavy and I could get a BFP.....
Yep, spot on gurnz. I was pretty excited when I first noticed it last month and thought I might be in for a BFP, but no such luck.
I'm 10DPO today, with a negative HPT this morning, and a strong feeling that AF will show up soon. You just kinda know she's on her way!
Third try lucky I hope!
