whats the chances considering not dtd after peak

    Hi all, need some advice.
Dh and I are so over dtd. It has become harder and harder.

Today my fertility monitor shoqwed me with peak fertility, yay!
However, dtd with dh was terrible and took extremely long and I wanted to cry man times while we were at it.

So, I dont think we will be dtd tomorrow as we also had an argument and not on talking terms in regards to dtd

Is there still a high chance of conception if we dtd this morning and my monitor showed peak fertility?

Will most sperm live for 2 days?

Thnaks all, quite emotionally scarred atm as I feel this next bub will no longer be conceived from love

I'm not 100% sure about those fertility programs as I always got confused by them! But I'd say if you're highly fertile today and you DTD today, there is a chance.

Definitely a chance! I know what you mean about the dtd. By the end it was like a chore that never ended

Thanks ladies, well I read the instruction book and it said I am due to ovulate in the next 24 to 36 hrs.

I hate having to grovel to dtd even thoguh dh wants another bub just as much as me.

Yup like a major chore indeed

My Fs says that we only have to DTD every second day. I am the same, we both get up very early for work and Im so tired at night it's the last thing on my mind! I didn't think DTD every day would be a problem for DH, but he says it doesn't work like that (not like the movies tell us!)
Sperm can live inside your body for up to 5 days, if they have good mobility. It's ok to have a days rest in between, we are not machines! Do you have any ovulation signs other than fertility monitor?
