when to stop the pill - getting married

I made the decision to stop the pill 6 months before our wedding with the idea of having a break before TTC straight after we were married, and suffered the most HORRID acne breakout that I went back on it. There was no way I was going to have skin like that on my wedding day and I wasn't taking the chance that it would settle on its own.

I'm not talking one or two zits either. It was all over my chest and jaw the worst I had been on the pill pretty much for 10 years and I guess coming off it made my hormones go ballistic. It took 8 weeks to get a period too!
