From my time of trying my suggestion would be wait until your AF is late as i have tested a few timesbefore it is due and i get so upset when test is neg and i then wait for AF so i cantry again!!!
I have been trying for 12 months and i can tell you thi smonth i will be agian waiting and hoping taht AF wont come but wont test before it is at least 2 days late as pain seems to be a bit easier to cope with rather than waiting for it to arrive knowing it will!!!
We are on our 1st cycle of TTC and my AF is due Friday/Saturday. My fingers & toes are double crossed for me and you 1timeMum!
At the beginning of this cycle, I told myself "I will be ok if I don't fall this time round, give me a bit of time to get used to the whole being pregnant thing" and now that I am at the end of my cycle, with only 3-4 days till testing... I just know I'm gonna be really disappointed if my period arrives!!!! My friend just had a baby girl early Monday morning and we are going to see her tomorrow... I'm so clucky it's not funny!!! Makes me wanna cry, that's how emotional I am when I'm around babies! Think I'm going crazy :-)

I've almost burst into tears the last two days because of people with babies sitting in front of me on buses *sighs*
it is very hard to wait till af is due or late to test i knwo i have never been able to wait.
if u do test early find a sensive test and just remember if u get a BFN just keep testin till af is late
