    definately go the scanpan. they might set you back a few hundred dollars, but try and get them in the sales, shop around. they will last you forever. we have them and they are terrific. easy to clean as well. i wouldn't bother with a whole set because you dont need heaps of pots, just go for a few saucepans and maybe 2 different size frypans. hope that helps !!

    My favourite pot (and we use it most days) is from a company called Chef's Toolbox. They do home party things, like tupperware parties. It's a pot, it goes in the oven, it does everything and cooks everything beautifully and cleans with just a wipe. Love it. Cost us a lot, but it's been worth it.

    circulon definitely! we were given some as a present & they are awesome! i think they also have a lifetime guarantee or something similar. i have never had anything stick EVER to them! not eggs, pancakes, meat, anything!
