Hi I got a few bessemer pieces and while I do like cooking in it - the non-stick surface scratches pretty easily and I've got a couple of ruined pieces from XDH and flatmates/friends using & cleaning them. Mum and a friend have found the same, though Bessemer do replace them at half price I think.

In all honesty I barely use them any more and use my good ol' stainless saucepans on a regular basis and I have since acquired a couple of scanpan bits which I love - the non-stick is so much easier to look after - they are pricey but Myer & House generally have a sale on them either just before xmas or just after with 50% off. Can't wait to add to the collection when I get my new kitchen next year
