    Dunno about that Nat?

    I'd lurve LeCreuset but I've always been worried about lifting them. A full corning casserole is heavy enough.

    Sammi, I actually use mine more on the stovetop than in the oven! I use it alot for risottos and things like that. It cooks so evenly, and slowly it's perfect!

    It is very handy though for those dishes that you have to brown on the stove and then put in the oven.

    we just put on layby analon hard anodized saucepans and frypans etc.. myer had then at 50% we have a frypan already and like it!

    I love my cast iron pots and pans...all Le Chasseur. Have anolon and scanpan frying pans. Next on my list is a grill plate.

    Ooo Rouge I love copper pans too...they look so good hanging on hooks above the stove *dreams*

    I bought a whole set of anolon (8 piece) for $200 the other week

    They also have the Anolon advance on sale at Victoria's basement

    Not too bad, the pots are quite heavy which i think is good.
