Manual. I haven't used it in over a year - since we stopped eating eggs.

Freshly made pasta was SO awesome though...

Ohh I would love one. It is on the top of my list of things to buy when we move, along with a new breadmaker.

Can anyone recommend a good one?

I have a manual, I haven't got around to getting the attachment for my KA but INSTEAD a very very gorgeous woman gave me her manual pasta machine that she never used and it is fabulous! I made fresh fettuccine yesterday and it was DIVINE! It will definitely be getting a work out for sure!

DH got the most brillant electric pasta maker for his birthday. I think it's a breville and it has heaps of different attachments that make different shapes and thickness. It is brilliant and tastes so yummy. It also came with a receipe book for different pasta ideas too. It is a bit noisy when in use but totally worth it for the taste.

Most bread machines make pasta dough... I'm thinking this is what MrsS means... but I could be wrong
