    I use Mundials, I like a bolster on my knives, Victorinox don't have them. However, professional tip - a Victorinox pastry knife will be your best investment - use it for all basic veg chopping, bread as well as pastry. Will save your chef's knife and mean less sharpening in the long run
    You can grab a block at the moment from House stores for only $200 including a steel.

    ETA: Please PLEASE do not take your knives to a key cutter to be sharpened - you need to take them to a proper kitchen shop that outsources its sharpening, or your local butcher if he is willing to do it for you.

    Dp is a butcher. Victornoix here! I love them, hes sharpened them but only for the hell of it when he first got them after he finished his appreteship sp? 7 years ago lol
