Wow! You do so much. What attachments do you have with it?
The lady tried to up sell today, but sadly the KA itself was enough for today.

We use the regular bowl, with the whisk, beater and hook for the mixing, pancakes, cakes, eggs, dough etc.
We've got the mincing one, the juicing one that kind of work like a juicer/pureer, because when you do juice it pushes the puree out one side and the juice drips out the bottom. Really nice for purees to mix through yoghurt or through pancakes or muffins or ... anything LOL!
We have a tumbler thing with 4 different drum bits that slice in two sizes (great for potato bake or apple pie!) and grates in two sizes. Except the smallest grate is more like a pureer/masher (think soft potatos you use when you make has browns, if you put the potato through the smallest one you end up with pureed/mashed potato! Or put cabbage through the smallest one... pureed carrot lol!
I bought the attachments from Your Home Depot, an online store, and it all came in the one attachment pack for $299, it's called the KitchenAid Mixer Attachments & Accessories Attachment Pack.
All I need now is the pasta attachment pack! In my dreams...
Oh and I might feel the need to buy the other two drums sets, but I'm not sure yet... I think they'll just do the same thing as the four drums we've got but you never know, maybe they are slightly different hahahahha
Luckily I have my partner on side so I don't have to do much convincing to buy KA attachments!
Wow! You certainly make the most of the KA.
I brought my KA at Your Home Depot IRL.
I think I already know what I'll be asking for my Birthday
I've started a thread for KA Appreciation Society
Yep, I bought mine from Appliance Surplus. The delivery took a while but I think it was worth it
Oh and I made the BEST pavlova with mine on Christmas day! So easy!

I actually found there customer service lady to be most helpful when i was itching in my pants to get delivery of itand then again later when i had a question. i ended up going through Kitchenware Direct - i sourced prices from several sites, sent them an email, and got this back. i then called to process the order, and it was here within four days!
we have a black Mixer, Processor and Blender. DH and I talked about the different attachments for the Mixer, and what it could do, but he was interested in getting the seperate processor as he is more confident in using seperate things, rather than too many attachments. we did get the pasta attachments (got it just before Christmas, need to find a fail safe recipe!), the ice cream maker (again, haven't used it yet). not sure if it was cos we ordered a lot from them, but they threw in a cover for nothing for the mixer - need to come up with one for the blender and processor now!
