Do you trurn your microwave OFF at wall?

Simple q do you turn your microwave off at wall? we do but i own two microwaves and the same problem has occurred in both diff models, Touch pad not working weather it be some buttons or all, Its temperamental in that department. is this an age issue or could this be linked to Turing appliance off at wall? any thoughts. I think its an age issue but curious if anyone else turns it off at wall and then this issue has soon happened after that.

We use microwave about 10-15 times dailey.

I've never turned it off at the wall! It probably took me an hour to work out how to set the time when we got it and I seriously couldn't be bothered resetting it everyday!

We turn other things off at the wall, like our toaster, kettle, computer and stereo system when they are not in use.

LOL - well I've never had a TV explode on me! We don't turn ours off at the wall - it's too hard to move the TV cabinet to get back there!
