If you use packet mix (premade)... do you use the Volumes on the packet or from your machines booklet?
I used to buy packets whose values were close to what we were supposed to be using, and some of the premade packets actually will say which bread maker they go with. DH actually insists on measuring the recipe books quantities.
How do i get the mixer arm out from the bottom of the pan?
- i have soaked, scraped and cant get it loose! it still turns fine but should be able to pull it out? Mine always comes out... it just pulls out
HOw do you store your bread after baking so it stays yummy and fresh? in a brown paper bag. But we usually slice it & put it in the fridge for eggy toast if we don't eat it in the day.
If you dont have a guide (Like me) - any tips of cutting thinish pieces? an electric carving knife.
i do a medium sized loaf (750gm) and it never rises above the pan.. is this how yours is? Sometimes mine does!
pp i get my bread from 'you can bake it' as they have a shop near me, i also have the breville one and cant get the blade out either!! i end up using tweezers to get the bread out from around it!
i dont have problems with it rising, are you using enough yeast??
