I found a recipe on the recipe community for honey mustard chicken parcels that was great if anyone needs something new to try!

I did a lemon ginger chicken recipe from the website which was delicious.

I have been making my iced coffees in the TM for my morning tea. Also did chocolate custard (with cocoa) last night. Mmmmm... only 30g of sugar but still naughty!

Today I am going to make chicken nuggets/rissoles for tea.

Today DH made his morning coffee drink, his morning tea smoothie and still has to boil some eggs when he gets back from uni.

I've made healthy banana bread, spelt bread rolls and some anzacs.

I was thinking of some more nut free balls because the kids just love them. I get sick of washing it all the time though. lol

Wow you guys have been busy! I have no food in my house, I'm trying to hang out until Thursday to go shopping, but now I want to make all of those yummy lemony things! Thanks guys, I will go and hunt down some recipes and pray I have the ingredients, other wise this grocery shop could be a big one!!

My spelt rolls were nice - even the girls are eating them. Thats a pretty rare thing in this house - they are addicted to normal bread that you get from the store, and normally won't touch any that I make
