Of course, I means, it's 2 grand, not just a couple hundred bucks! I think in the start I used it a lot because I wanted to get my monies worth, and prove to DH it was a good investment. And then as time passed, I found myself enjoying cooking a lot more, and cooking new foods and so I just use it all the time and now I can't imagine not having it. Hope that makes sense
