1. How long have you had your TMX?

Since November last year

2. How often do you use it?

At least once, usually more times a day

3. What did you make with it in the last 48 hours?

Green juice, porridge, rice, boiled eggs, pancake batter, macarons

4. What's your favorite three things to make with it?

rice and boiled eggs - seriously easy, green juices, porridge, cashew satay sauce, batters, bread doughs, steamed veges and salmon, bolognese, quick soup for lunch, my newest fav is macarons....oh wait, you just asked for 3

1. How long have you had your TMX? About 18 months
2. How often do you use it? Daily, if I am cooking. Usually about twice per day.
3. What did you make with it in the last 48 hours? Vege stock concentrate, brioche dough, mashed potatoes, vege muffins, porridge.
4. What's your favorite three things to make with it? Pizza dough (our go to dinner is pizza), white sauce, butter chicken (always gets rave reviews).

I think the TM is a big investment. Yes, there are other appliances that can do some of its functions, but this does so much in one unit that is always out on my bench. My fav bit is cooking whilst stirring (i.e. white sauce, custards) and weighing straight into the bowl.
