What is your favourite kitchen appliance/tool/utensil?

I was actually thinking about this very thing the other day whist pottering away in my kitchen. And do you think I could remember what it is that I thought of? Nooo! Of course not!

Mine is a bakers scraper thingy... it's a square that bakers use, I love it. Scrapes every last drop out of my kitchen aid bowl, cleans up surfaces from flour etc. I use it for heaps of things... and of course the kitchen aid, AMEN!

My rice cooker - i use it so much. I can bake beautiful wedding cakes and 4 course dinner parties but i cant cook rice to save my life!

My digital kitchen scales, I can change units and I just loooove them! I have all of the sudden become a baking queen (don't tell my DH I said that ), so when I see things in Grams, ounces or ML, out come the scales!!
