I love how one of the sponsors is a dog food company

I wonder if it is carb neutral?

P.S. for those of you with furry dog friends, we will make sure we include some fun exercises which are good for both of you in the plans weekly!

I saw your ticker yesterday Onyx and wondered what the go was. I have managed to only put on 500 grams while I've been sitting on my butt for the last 8 weeks. I am still on crutches but would hope by the 31st I will be able to move more and be able to get back in the kitchen to prepare healthy meals.... Not that dh hasn't been looking after me or anything but ykwim. So if a team is put together count me in!

I have signed up - never followed anything before and I am really bad at following anything but I would like to banish some bad eating habits. I'm in if there is a BB team. One question - I don't have any scales so are there places you can get weighed? I don't want to buy any.

Some shopping centres have the digital scales that you pay for either $1 or $2. Some a pretty good and can do height as well as weight and give you a print out. If you have a GP appointment coming up, use their scales. I would often jump on even if the appt was not for me

The main thing is to try to use the same set of scales, as they all can vary a bit. You don't want a false gain or loss just because you use a different set of scales.
