The meal plans are available today - has everyone checked them out? They look delish!!! My DF is doing this to lose 15kgs and I am going to be his cheer squad! Lol

We'll be following the meal plan as a family but I won't be actually participating in the challenge. I know his weaknesses when it comes to food so I'm hoping to support him as much as possible by helping him avoid them.

I'm so pumped for DF - he has his bike all serviced and ready to go as well as pulling his weight machine thing (I have no idea what it's actually called lol) out of the shed and cleaned it all up.

I'm also really looking forward to the food - although I'm going to have to change it a bit coz we are on a pretty tight budget.

    Yay! Bring it on!!

Have checked them out. Will have to do what I can for Monday, as I can't really do the big shop till Monday arvo. We have heaps of fresh garden veg so we should be fine. DH has not signed up to the challenge, but he will basically eat what I put in front of him for lunch and dinner.

Will have to redo their shopping list. As some meals are for one, some are for two and others are for 4 (well 2 adults, 2 kids, so I suppose 3)
