Can I join in now I have had my bubba? I want to get to about 65kgs and am currently 81kgs (I honestly have no idea where I am hiding about 15 of them.. I don't *look* too 'overweight' and apparently 60kgs is ideal for my height and build).

Hopefully the bfing will help but I will be doing it mainly through exercise because I don't want to risk my milk supply with anything too restrictive food wise. Gonna hit the wiifit and active hard tomorrow now my lochia rubra is over too.

So - target is 16kgs! Method is exercise!

    Hi everyone..
Haven't managed to get to the gym all week, dp getting home from work late then being on call meant i didn't really have time so annoyed.. although i did dance to youtube all week with my son. Nothing like a bit of black eyed peas to start the day. hehe.
I haven't been eating the best either, went to a baby shower and had take away a couple of times which didnt help.
    Feel totally fattish today!
Current weight 70.5 (nothing lost, nothing gained)
This week i will gym 3-4 times and eat healthily! and my goal is to be even 70kgs.

Organicem.. Well done fitting into old jeans. Gotta love that! Maybe you could try rice crackers or something or when you feel a craving coming or have one small piece and eat it slowly. dont deprive yourself! just enjoy and savor the flavor. oh im not helping am i? I also am loving the mission wraps..
Woo im keen for a good week. and ill be 500g lighter

    Hi Mama2
Am definately in need of comfort food and not really motivated atm because I don't feel very fat and I have noone to impress. Especially since my XH told me today that he definately has no feelings for me anymore.

Good luck with the new week. Keep posting!!

I will join you, I want to loose 20kg but 10 is a great start.

Organicem - oh you poor thing, I am sure that wasn't very nice to hear especially with such a young baby. But hey what better way to show him what he is missing then to loose those 10kg and look HOT HOT HOT

    What a *****....

As charming as that was, hand over the chocolate! I actually gave up chocolate for 3 months once.. Then my sister gave me some of those cadbury desserts ones. OMG! *dies of joygasm*

Will jump on the wiifit for my daily body test soon, just as soon as this extra 3kgs lets me put her down without too much screaming.

all I need from there is motivation... a little more than is required to go get the last of that chocolate out of the cupboard.. Darn it.

ETA: tried putting her down.. She was sleeping soundly in my lap... *sigh* Attack of the superglue baby.

I weighed myself and I haven't lost weight and maybe I have even put on half a kg

Am trying to convince myself I don't need chocolate (btw my favourite is dark chocolate but i also love cakes, slice, cheesecake).

So I weigh 75kg and I want to weigh 65kg.

I've just had myself banned for a week because I desperately need to get some work done LOL see you next Sunday!!

PS I'm so glad MasterChef is finishing tonight!! I reckon I'm having heaps more late night snacks than usual because all the yummy food on tv is making me hungry LOL

    Hi guys,

Do you mind if I join in? I've got 5kg to lose after having DS 8 months ago (I've lost 7 already, but a bit stuck now). I go to the gym once a week and don't have time to exercise apart from that due to work. I've been doing 1 set of 15 pushups a day just to do something..... LOL

I'm stuck doing a lot of comfort eating at the moment too.

Re chocolate cravings - I have been trying to have either 80% cocoa chocolate, which is REALLY hard to OD on, or a hot chocolate made with cocoa, half tsp of sugar and low fat milk.

I'm trying hard to avoid buying bad stuff - and have told DH no more buying me icecream (it's so sweet that he does though!!!!!)

    GL everyone.

    Can I join ya girls???

Last weigh in was when DS was 6 weeks, at 84kg. We're now three weeks later and I've no idea what I weigh as I don't own scales....Is it cool if I just measure myself? (It's easier to see results in losing cm's than kg's ). I have a stubborn mummy tummy to boot!!!!! Grrr.

I eat weetbix for breakfast, soup or a tuna salad sandwich for lunch and usually steamed vegies and baked fish for dinner and a single tub of light yoghurt for desert...I drink water alot....I would have to say my weakness is for the ocassional alcoholic beverage (with 2 under 2 do ya blame me ), and not making the best food selections when dining out at restruants.

I do RPM about 5 times a week and Body Pump once a week.

I am losing weight in the face, legs and arms but my belly just won't shift! I'm a personal trainer and a fitness instructor and have vowed not to go back and instruct again till I look the part!!

Hey, where has this thread gone ladies??

    Tell me your progress!

So when DS was 6 wks I weighed 84 kg.
When he was 10 wks I was 82 kg.
At 13.5 wks I am 76.2 kg (so precise, but I bought scales ).

So a loss of 7.8 kg in 7.5 weeks. I'm happy!

I've signed up to Calorie King and limit myself to 1400 cals each day, I do one of the cardio Les mills classes each day (usually Attack, RPM or Jam, but today did Combat) and don't eat back all the calories I burn, maybe eat back only half of them.

Here is hoping a Polar sports watch arrives under the Xmas tree this year!
