Slow but steady is good PN and definitely something is better than nothing. It's really tough going when you work and to fit the exercise in, especially in this weather. Being sick is the pits so don't stress too much, hard to get mojo to exercise when you feel like kaka.
My exercising was bad this week - just Monday run and yoga and then nothing again until today but it really was one of those just awful weeks so I am being really careful not to put guilt on myself. I CHOSE to not get up because I needed the rest so if I consciously make that choice I own it more than if I beat myself up ITMS. I really feel like my thinking about food and exercise is shifting, I am not eating mindlessly, preplanning is ace - I have a gf coming from Melbs tonight and we usually eat all sorts of crap, but today I got a heap of things like popcorn, nuts, some procuitto etc. so that i feel like I will be snacking but at least it's healthier than cheese and bacon balls right?! I know I will probably blow out a bit but will see how I go.
I ran about 6.5 kms today, but only ate a banana before i left then headed to a party for DS and at half a egg and lettuce sandwich there and have since been feeling awful. Own fault for not grabbing some brekky when I was done.
