I have officially, fully dropped a dress size. Went to buy an outfit for finale yesterday and it is the first time that I have been this size in both top and bottom. I am also wearing a skirt in the smaller size for work today.

    Well done Sopdet!

I am still undecided whether or not to do another round. I have plenty more weight to lose and need to work on the mindset lessons etc.... but I know I can lose weight at home without the program. I have the tools, I just need to plan and stick to it. I know when I finished the program last time, I didn't lose any more weight but I maintained what I had lost. I'll mull over this for another few days. DH said that I don't need to b/c I do know what I need to do but I am unsure of myself & my ability to do so.

Anyway, on a positive I have lost 5.5kg - not what my goal was but I am happy as overall I have shed just over 27kgs in cms from my body. I am yet to do my fitness test but I did a sneaky 1km run two weeks ago & took time off my time from last time. I feel alot fitter, stronger and leaner (even though I am far from my goal)

Best of luck to everyone starting or continuing on the program - I really love the program and it seems that they have some even better changes for this round.

Wow you guys are all awesome with amounts you've lost!! Its so inspiring! I totally can't wait to start this round! I'm hanging for the programs and fitness test, when I get the fitness test I know it's all just around the corner - the new & improved me will certainly show and I can't wait! ive only lost about 13kg so far, and have another ~25kg to go until my final goal weight. Fingers crossed I can knock down at least half of that this round! Im totally excited at the concept of being under 90kg again! Only about 5kg more til that happens too!

We're considering going to Adelaide for the finale if $$ allow. Exciting!

Well, I lost a total of 26.8kg since Jan 1 this year. I'm doing round 2, and hoping for another 4-9kg loss and lots of toning and strength building.

I'm not doing this round but I might go as a plus one with one of my regular team mates. Will depend on $$$$ since I'm also paying off a trip OS for next year & might be moving in the next couple of months.

If I'm not doing round 2, when do I get locked out of the website?

I want to print out my stats and some recipes, but will be much easier from work rather than home ...

    Wondering if someone could help...

Wondering how many calories you need to burn off each day/week on the 12wbt?

Trying to ascertain the amount of exercise I'd need to commit to.

N2L, you're supposed to exercise 6 days a week...I managed 3-5 days for the first half, and 1-3 for the second half I found the food changes alone were more than enough for me to begin losing weight, although for R2 I'm aiming to stick to the entire plan to the T.

    Thanks PZ

So she doesn't indicate the sort of cal burn off you should be aiming for?

I'm thinking of doing it but not for the food plan - more for motivation and exercise.

    500 cals a day, N2L. Allowance to consume 1200.

N2L I only made it to the gym once a week for over half the program (you know the hours I work) ... Still smashed it. Stuck to the eating about 95% of the time. Sometimes client lunches and breakfasts got in the way, but I made the eating work basically the whole time.

    Re: 12WBT February 2013 #2

N2l depending on weight depends how much you should burn, on her page it says if youre under 100kg, burn between 400-600 per day, if you're over 100kg, then burn between 600-1000 calories per day

    Thanks

Does that mean purposeful exercise only? Or incidental too?
