I get away with the food for 2 weeks (as in 1 week's menu for 2 weeks) because I'm cooking for one and the servings are for two.

I ate before I remembered to get on the scales this morning.

AF is due and I know I've bloated up big time. Need to go to the Dr, need to make an appt for before work, might get a blood workup to check a couple of things that feel off.

    1kg loss today!
Happy with that this week. Had some setbacks that were out of my control and some that weren't holding me back, but kept my head above water better than I thought I would have. So that is a win.

    Well done everyone!!

I am doing a big shop today to cook up a whole heap of the freezable meals. I am going back to full time work, just cos, you know, didn't think life was stressful enough! PMSL So I am going to need to have a freezer full of meal ready to go for dinner for the kids, given we won't be home until 7pm most nights!

-1.1kg for me. I'm really happy with that loss as I didn't manage any exercise over the last 5 days.

Md2b - hi ya! Pretty much echo what peanutter has said. The meals are varied but you can stick to the same ones each day anyway. I love the meals but I eat a very varied diet. I think the program is worth it IMO

    1.3kg lost this week
I'm going to step it up a bit this week with the exercise, I haven't actually been following the exercise program yet. Just been doing my c25k and some pump and body balance classes. Will also try and give up the glass of wine and beer I've been having here and there

You should reeeallllly try the Penang Chicken, not the same as a satay, I know, but it hits the spot for me. Filling without, but if you add rice an extra 110 or so cals. Skip a snack to have the rice. We love it, it is so yummy!!!!!! And don't sweat the cheeseburger thing, it was a one off, and it was even within your cals!
