I do the opposite to Sopdet, in that I exercise at night. Im home alone five nights a week. Once the kids go to bed I would eat because I was bored. So I put the girls to bed, give them 20mins to get into a deep sleep, then its me and a dvd, also this round and for future rounds theres two videos available on the website to use too. Also rest day is normally sunday, but I normally have my rest day on tues or wed, thats because dh is home those days. I normally do my super sat session on sundays or mondays, but just because of how my week falls.
I honestly love the program, but its not a magical cure. It works if you are prepared to and want to make changes. I was desperate to get healthy to lose weight and become the best version of me. So I have dont everything in my power to follow the program, to change my lifestyle to make sure that my health comes first. Yes I have fallen off the wagon, but Ive always got straight back on, and Ive learnt from where I went wrong. I dont know how Im going to go on my own, but IM willing to give it a try. Now sugar intake gives me a headache, eating fatty, oily foods makes me sick.
Like Sopdet said the kitchen makeover is scary, but it was nice to throw out all the bad stuff. The mindset pre-season task is the biggest for me, because it makes me think about myself, what my needs, wants, goals are.
