I told Shel of my goals! So now I HAVE to do them LOL, its too embarassing to say "ummm, no i didn't go for a walk... no reason, i'm just LAZY"

Oh, and I'm drinking my second glass of water as we speak, no loading up on coffee all day (milk + 2 sugars LOL).

Well, I (and I may be the only one) got a little too drunk last night so avoiding greasies today could prove difficult.

I am really proud of myself as I started this from Monday when I first committed myself to it instead of saying "oh after NY", so I have had a few days lead up into it as well.

Is anyone else kickstarting their change in diet with a two week fibre challenge (benefibre, fibresure, all bran)? I'm feeling good after the first three days, cant wait to see how i am feeling after two weeks.

Whoever was asking about weight to lose in the run-up thread, I need to lose at least 30kg (what I would be 'happy with'). 35kg for BMI of 25 & I think it was 41kg for ideal BMI at 22. I mostly think BMI is a crock but I will use it as a guide for my weight loss.

Anyway I have an excited monkey waking up my three hungover guests so i better go entertain him....

I'm also using the 12-week healthy habits activity and food thing on measureup.gov.au

I thinkit'll be good for me as I don't want to focus toooooo much on numbers, especially calories, but more on getting active and eating regulatly and healthy is the biggest thing so it's great for me.

Cookiemonster, I had a few last night too - didn't get drunk, but had a vomiting toddler at 11:30- poor love and I didn't fall into bed til 2:30 and up at 6:30 so I think I will have trouble being good today too especially with leftover snacks in the house. Maybe I should eat them ALL at once and get rid of them Did I mention I have very low self-control. Looking at photos of last night in my costume will help my motivation - I am going to stick them up on fridge and in the cupboard - will help me stay motivated for sure. I was Pebbles and I look like I ate a leopard

Oh!!! I hope I made it in I emailed my stats last night, before the cut off???

Well I woke up this morning and it would have been so easy to just fall into my old habits, I actually had to stop and thinkabout not going to the cupboard etc.
Instead I had a cup of tea, skim milk no sugar. I heard a tip re: water consumption if you have a glass when you wake up, then before and after meals it's quite easy to make your intake for the day, so off to have my glass of water!!!

Look sssssooooo real and offical now does'nt it? with the heading and everything!!!
