Forgot to send my details in so I will add mine here. Have lost 1.5kg (1.8%) but no cms. Hopefully not all the weight loss is water. I wasnt great with eating although did stick to my two rules - no junk food at work and stop when full. And got a lot of exercise in as well. So hopefully although no cms gone I am still building up to longer term better health.

This week my goal is to continue with my healthy eating and following calorie king requirements, and to walk at least 3 times for 30 mins. The exercise is a killer for me, I'm finding it hard to get into it, even though I know I feel good afterwards.

lilias- excercise is my issue too... but being more aware of it is helping. Its not just the big stuff but the little things that add up to being more physical.

I have been trying to do things like normal hanging out washing but i have been doing the squats and calf stretching with every item i need, i was going to vacuum the tiles while i vacuumed the carpet but i decided sweeping would be better for me... Also i mowed the lawns for DP and instead of using the blower i swept instead... i normally park close to the shops cos with the kids its easier to get in then worry bout the cars etc... But i have been parking not so close... Its not much but its better then driving that few cars closer... I was watching a show last night and though "hey i can do some step ups... i didnt turn the Wii on but did use the board (i use a piece of wood under it cos of the carpet normally so it was a little higher...) so just keeping it in your head to be more physical helps me... if only BB would only run if i had to cycle .... damn i'd be on my bike most of the day... HAHA

Keep up the good work ladies...

kellie - wrt exercise, go in the very early morning, before a shower etc. i find for me it is the only way to kickstart a healthy day. if i go in the morning i feel good and i feel motoivated to not ruin the good work by eating bad iykwim. im also a shocker for not taking showers (i hate the feel of it - go figure - thank you for my new neurosis, pnd ) so walking kinda makes me icky and then i have to IYKWIM.

Leash: It's raining here too! I wanted to get outside today as well!

I was going to go for a big walk today, as I didn't go for one yesterday. But now's it's raining. So naughty! But... is sex just as good for exersise? Coz that would make me feel better! (Not the sex, as good as it is, but knowing that it's good exersise!)

I am so craving the rocky road in the fridge! I'm following weight watchers points, but have no idea what it's worth! We asked my mil what it's worth and her response was "don't eat it!". Great. I had 2 small peices yesterday. I am hanging out for this wedding on Saturday, so I can let a little loose, but not go crazy!

Any one got a recipe for biscuits (that are low on the WW points) that I could make? I'd so like to nibble on some -the WW branded ones from the supermarket cost far too much to buy all the time!

    Lol rhiannon, dont we wish?
i read somewhere that for sex to burn as many calories as a 30 minute walk it would need to be vigorous and last for something like 2 1/2 hours...
ill have ti find the info again

    lol rhianon I wish
im doing ww online they have a rocky road recipe and it is 3p per serve (the recipe looks like normal rocky road to me but has turkish delight chocolate instead of cherries)

Aimee slept til 5 again and I went to the gym early, I love going in the mornings not looking forward to next week when Tony is back at work and I'll have to go at night or during the day. Mum will watch the girls for me 1 day and DD1 goes to cc on thursdays so ill put aimee in the creche thursday and then go one night when tony is home.

3 times a week at the gym is one of my goals. Eating a proper lunch everyday is another goal. Sticking to my ww points is my 3rd goal and with 30p its not hard (I love bf)
My mini weight goal is 2.5kg by 5/2/09 (our anniversary) and I'll be under 80kg

i found this website that you enter you weight in Lbs and excercise in minutes and it tells you what excercises burn how many caleries for your weight in that time

So your weight in Lbs (pounds) is your weight in Kgs times 2.2... so for a person weighing say 80 kgs excercising for 30 mins can burn 80 calories just food preparing/cooking (for 30 mins) 140 calories vacuuming (for 30 mins) 200 calories with low impact aerobics.... it has just about every activity from gym stuff to home stuff... its great...

check it out... Fitness Jumpsite: Calorie Calculator
