Amy - oh no! At least you got a bit of run in the endAnyhow, when I read your post it reminded me that after I had my lap, my body could not handle greasy, junky, crap food and went straight through me like you describe. It totally put me off everything greasy, spicy, fatty for a looooonngggg time, hence I lost 10kg at that time. Since you've recently had a lap, it might be that your bowel is still a bit sensitive, especially if there was endo found on it. That's what happened to me.
Having a rest day today as I'm so sore! Did my first run for the couch to 5k yesterday morning and then yesterday afternoon needed to go to the shops for some bread so walked an hour round trip. DP gave me a nice massage last night though

I went out for dinner last night (to one of the top restaurants in BrisVegas) and didn't even make it through an entr?e - considering the rest of the party all had entr?e, main & desert!
i had a rubbish day today, totally over my points limit. sweated like a hog this morning when i went for a walk, but spoilt it by baking bickies
I had an ok day. Went to McDonalds and had a donut there but DS and DH ate some. I really wanted it and know if I deprive myself too much Iwill swing the other way. So ate it and enjoyed it but have eaten well the rest of the day. Wish I could transfer my motivation for this to work. Have sooo much work to do and so unmotivated. Took the day off exercise today as rode to and from work yesterday and have soccer tomorrow. Can't wait till the results are up from last week!
Day one of my returned sense of purpose was a good one - I walked to the station for my osteo appointment in the city (bought FIVE pairs of shoes for $200 while in the city) and ate really well all day - nothing unnecessary or bad for me. Then DH dragged my butt out after dinner for a bike ride with the kids in tow (DH towed them in the bike trailer). And now I am going to top off the day by being in bed by 9.30pm - YAY!!
I'm bad - didn't eat all day - but then again wasn't feeling 100%
spent most of the day attempting to sleep - how come I can't sleep more than 30 mins to 1 hour at a time

I walked 6km last night!!Most of it was up hill as well! I am feeling fitter because walking up hills takes nowhere near the same amount of effort as it did a month ago. I walked about 2km and then I was busting to go to the toilet so I went back home and then decided I hadn't walked enough - so I went back out again!! I walked all the way to my Mum's house and arrived shortly after dark.
I walked up one HUGE hill and the sunset was glorious!!! The endorphins must have kicked in (combined with the uplifting song I had playing on my iPod) because I haven't felt that HAPPY and SATISFIED and PROUD in weeks. It was a great moment - a great motivator to keep going.
Off to cheat a little and jump on the scales - I wonder if it did anything....![]()
Amy, not good to weigh yourself all the time, your weight really can fluctuate each day. Well done for 6kms! Very proud of you, hope you ate really well too!
Things here are good with me, I have saved 30 points this week and weigh in for WW is tomorrow morning. Of course I would never use them today! I don't have to anyway but they are there if I want a treat. To tell you the truth, after almost 4 weeks on WW, I don't even feel like having anything fatty or sugary. I do enjoy a glass of wine or a nip of bicardi with diet cola at night now and again. And of course I love those lolly snakes (4 is 1 point). I don't even miss chocolate and I haven't eaten it now for 4 weeks.
Anyway, feeling fantastic and mighty motivated, my willpower is strong.

I've lost a bit of weight. I think I've hit a plateau with it all considering how much I've lost so far, today I'm off to join the gym - a girlfriend is wanting out of the last few months of her contract so I'll take that over for her

I went for a walk/run with a friend, and then did stairs out the front of my house for about 10 mins... oh my aching butt....
it is always the first couple of weeks for me that is the hardest then it is no issue at all, i actually WANT to go every day now. enjoy ur walk tonight then![]()
I've had a bad few days. DH is a huge problem for me. When he's home I just eat crap with him. He tells me not to but still goes on to eat it in front of me. Not helping!! I put on 200g overnight, only 200g which is good and DH is back at work for a few days. I went for a huge walk with DS in the ergo and DD in the pram, so that was excellent that I got off my big butt and got moving. I feel great. And it has made me so much more productive for the day.
Ok, a strange request- I need foods that are high calorie and low fat. According to calorieking, I still have 400+ calories, 14g protein and 45g of carbs to eat. But only 2g fat.....so waht can I eat? And please don't say tuna! I have already had tuna for lunch and will have some tuna on crackers for a snack later. I don't even know if I could fit in more food! Or we're having chicken satay for dinner with rice and steamed veg, how could I make that higher calories without fattening it up too much?
i went for a 40min walk today, but when i first set off, i realised i forgot my sunglasses. They were hanging from my top, so when i walked back home i looked where i walked. Not there! They're not in the house. I've lost them! Not happy Jan! Its so hot today, i hope to go for another walk this afternoon when it's cooler. Hopefully persuade dh to come with us! Someone mentioned that they didnt weigh in this week, so as to surprise themselves next wk. Me too.
