No, the cm's lost is just that on it's own, not a percentage.

Thanks for posting the results Trillian. I am a little confused also like Cookiemonster I lost in cm 2-2-3 (bust, tummy, hips)

I love the idea of weekly challenges. I will have to think of ways to cook my normal meals a little healthier.

Is the cm an average or just the waist or something?? Because I lost 3 all up, 1 off waist, 2 off bust, (maybe more, I am never sure I've got the tape right) and it says 1, not that it really matters. Am more going by the scales and when I can fit back into my old jeans!!! (Hopefully sooner rather than later - I only have a couple of pants that fit because I REFUSE to buy more size 14 clothes - it feels like I would be saying it's ok not to lose the weight because now you have enough nice clothes to wear KWIM)

I was a little naughty for dinner tonight. Had gnocchi (which is too heavy for me to have in the evenings) and 2 scotch finger biscuits (empty calories) and am still too sick to excercise without getting dizzy so can't even burn it off. Tut Tut. Must get back on the horse.

Edit - Sorry, can see other people have already asked about the cm's

Been super busy and a bit sick here, dp is going away and got a migrane. I haven't done any exercise since last week and I have been super slack in the food department in the last day or 2 but after seeing my own and everyone else results I think it has given me the motivation to get back on the wagon.

Love the idea of the weekly challenge Trill, will get onto it and look forward to sharing my creation and reading about everyone else's.

oooh this is soooo gonna help my motivation!

I've been crook (cold & bad tummy) the last few days, like a few others here. I weighed half a kilo lighter by the end of yesterday woo hoo... just have to keep it off for next Tues now!

You guys are losing some great amounts. I clocked in with 1 whole centimetre, so just gotta be grateful that something's gone! Have resolved to do Wii Fit or a walk tomorrow.

sas85 - I'm with you on refusing to buy more clothes. Keep telling myself that I've got great clothes in the smaller sizes... that'll be my reward.

Hah, I have five tshirts and two pairs of pants that fit at the moment. I refuse to buy clothes. I also have no clothes in smaller sizes so am looking forward to the shopping spree when i can refill the tattered wardrobe i thre out when i put on the first 10kg in pregnancy!

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well, good luck over the next week!

thanks cookie - and I was interested to read about what you said re getting a reduction. You have my sympathy, cos I hate having big BB's. I reckon if the girls are big, it does make SUCH a difference with how you look overall. Mine are bigger than I'd like, and they're "only" DD/E. Plus I'm a shortie, so it doesn't help. I bought a sports bra, and it really held them in - I looked like I'd lost 5kg instantly, it was such a lovely moment lol!

That is such a pain re the clothes. One of my goals is to get back into my older clothes before I have to go back to work . No way I want to buy new work clothes just for part-time work!!!!

and thanks for the sympathy, I have been feeling like total sheeeeet but think/hope I'm on the up now.

Oh dear gawd......look at my results. Must step up the anti this week. was goingto walk down to the post office with DS#1 walking and the youngest in the pram but mightnow put them in the double pram -as much as I hate it - and push both there and back!

MK - what an awesome loss...

Well done to everyone who showed a loss. WELL DONE, BRAVO!!!!!! now drop and give me 20....lol!!!
I lost 1cm off my boobs! Of all places...meh!

I was watching the Today show this week and they had a health expert on there (foody) and she said the top 5 superfoods for helping you lose weight are -
    1) Eggs..I presume not fried either.
    2) Dairy foods - low in fat ones
    3) Nuts - raw though - blerk!!! lol She mentioned you will find it hard to fill up on raw nuts.
    4) Turkey - cheaper, low in saturated fat.
    5) avocado - best kinds of fats in it and heaps of fibre too.

Just thought I would share that.

And....I have been having cereal or toast with Pro-active on it (I have gall stones) plus a piece of fruit or yogurt for morning teaand I massive salad for lunch. Arvo tea if I remember is yoghurt or fruit, sometimes a naughty biscuit and dinner is dinner! Have cut out dessert and stopped picking throughout the day. Drinking 2L of the good stuff and having 3 coffees plus atea after lunch....why do I keep getting giddy in the late arvo???????

Okay, off to get the kids ready.

On the same page re clothes tho, i have the mindset i dont want to spend all this money on a new wardrobe when im just going need new ones after losing weight hmm now to the losing weight part ...

Thats good info there vix thanks, i always like getting tips and hints from other people, sounds like your meals are sorted! Good job =D

AFM: Looking forward to these weekly challenges...I got onto taste.com.au and you can do a search on recipies i put in low fat low carb and found a lot of yummy ideas, so am trying out those at the moment. They are on a trial and error basis at the moment hehe if they are yucky the recipe is thrown and yummy kept hehe. Off to brave late night shopping tonight and purchase a Wii!!! Yay. Super excited. Im hoping to get up earier in the mornings and do an hour or so on the wii fit ... key word HOPING. Its been way too damn cold lately!

an hour earlier for me would be 4:30am! ERK!

Well done on the losses ladies

For clothes, well I'm just having to buy cheapo clothes for work and when I lose the weight I'll be able to fit back into my designer labels
Ran a workshop yesterday and my el cheapo pants are a bit loose around the waist, it appears that a lot of senior management are well aware that I wear bright pink & orange bonds undies ... DOH! So need to get a smaller size, yay! But still bigger than I want

Hi ladies and well done to everyone Like many of you I am a little confused with the % weight loss & the cm lost? I was very dishartened to see that my weight loss was nothing 0 Kind like the week meant nothing.... Even though I didn't loose much (only 300grams) it is a bit depressing to see 0 in that catagory. I look forward to Trillians post re the cm lost I also lost 2 cm all up but only recorded 1?

    Well done again everyone

Cherished everyones kg lost is 0, as Trillian is only going to show the weight lost at the end of the 12 weeks. Still not sure about the cms though . Don't be disheartened, keep up the good work.

Now I'm confused, I thought she was listing % of kg lost? Some people definitely have a % loss recorded?

cherished1 - it might be that your 300gm loss did average down to be 0% for this week (as I don't think she's going to decimal places which is where it would probably show), but it'll all help come next week! Just think onward & upwards!

I went for a walk today as my tummy bug & cold seem to be on the mend. 20 mins and I was absolutely stuffed! Then I had a lovely banana/raspberry smoothie with just a smidge of drinking chocolate in it for that extra little kick. It was yummo!
