    I wanna join!

I'm a 28 year old trying for her first baby, I'm having difficulty ovulating and I'm hoping weight loss will assist. I'd like to lose 30 to 40 kilos but hopefully more.

I've heard good things about Lite 'n' Easy - might have to persuade DP to give it a go as we are trying to lose weight together.

    Alright.
Can i say we make this an official chatter thread for people wanting to lose 'LOTS' of weight (ballpark 25kg +)
I have posted a thread here if anyone wants to see my ramble about it.
Let me know your thoughts?? I dont want to crash your thread tracyh!!

Anyway, I am a shortie and my lowest weight has been 60kg. I have shrunk 5.5cm since that weight so I am looking to at LEAST reach it but preferably 55kg. Which is half my body weight. Im aiming high.

For those on lite n easy, is it expensive? How do you go cooking for your partners when you're on lite n easy?

Oops just saw Tammie ask about cost too hehe

Ooh, fantastic thread! I've tried to follow some of the other weight loss threads, but I don't like the 'just suck it up' attitude - it's not always just laziness and bad choices!

My name is Keike, and I currently weigh around 145kg I need to lose 70-75kgs. At the moment I'm working with my naturopath to fix the heap of problems she's found, and I've also just started using a CPAP machine which has made an amazing difference - I actually have some energy now!

I look forward to doing this journey with you ladies

ETA - DH and I used to do Lite'n'Easy, it was great! We were surprised at how cheap it was, can't recall the exact figure, but you can do different options - 5 lunches and dinners, 7 lunches and dinners, breakfast and lunches and dinners, just dinners. I'd recommend going to the website and creating an account, it'll ask you some questions to see which meal type you'd be best on, and then you can find out the price. We had to stop for a while coz we couldn't afford it while I wasn't working, but now that we can afford it, I'm trying to make better meal choices myself, rather than ordering the meals. Simply because there's only the 2 of us, so I feel I should really be cooking dinner, but that's my personal choice

Good to hear the CPAR is working and making a difference

I don't even know how heavy I am at the moment, haven't weighed myself in 4-5 years!

This is so exciting! Makes it easy doing with others, having that support there. I'm off now to google lite and easy to see what its all about!
