Just saying Hi haven't read all the posts yet but I will be back, I totally belong here.

Last time I started back on the weightloss wagon, I lost 5kg, and then lost my job & put it all back on, plus some. Grr.

Is anyone on the Gold Coast? I think id do better with exercise if i had someone to motivate me and make me go hehe

I can do twice a week up your way. Not perfect but better than nothing (and more than I am doing now )
