I gave in to my cravings, and had KFC...and it is waaaaaaaaaay too hot to take the dog for a walk tomorrow to work it off! Stupid 39 degree weather...

BTW - I've never had an egg white omelette. Do they have any flavour without the yolk?

Ali - tastes nearly the same mate.. looks funny cos of the colour, but tastes really nice!! I use red capsicum and shallots and a bit of cheese in mine to make it yummy.. serve on top of lettuce, spinach and tomato - YUMMO!!!

(But not quite as tasty as maccas..)

And thanks guys!!! I dipped out of the big weight loss challenge on here (for several reasons I won't go into on here!) but I'm doing it on my own, my own diet plan now.

well done Mel! I was going out tonight, so went out to Maccas to get DH some dinner.... and stoopid me caved while I was at the drive thru window (but at least I had a Lean Beef Burger rather than a Big Mac!!!)
