    Try BabyFit - you can sub tins for weights! Reject shop etc have some cheap fit balls as well. xx

    Do you have a fit ball? They are great to do tummy and back strengthening exercises as well as being very gentle on the body.

    For triceps - try tricep dips. Google them on the internet. best thing is no equip needed as it just uses your own body weight.

    Use your DD for some lifting exercises as well. Up and down in the air but keep your knees bent so you dont strain your back.
