    Hi girls,
Suz- I think its definitely cos of the toning you are doing. It will balance out in the end and you will start to burn more fat from doing resistance training.
Sterla- Awesome on seeing the arms change. My pants feel heaps loser this week. I think I am close to going down a size (that or they have just stretched LOL). Hope DS is better soon as well.
Krys- That is a good motivator. I have got Fiji in 14 weeks so I have big motivation there. I have a lot more weight to lose before then (20Kg and I would be happy). Hard work but its only 14wks. that is what I keep telling myself. Its not forever that I will be being this strict on myself. Not that I want to put on heaps of weight afterwards, just that I can relax a bit after that and increase my calorie intake a little.
Alison- maintaining is goo as well so dont be too hard on yourself esp after being sick.
Kim- cm's are just as good as kilos. I am going to measure cm next week as I havent done it for ages and am looking forward to some results there.

AFM- Can i just tell you the Velish soups are yummy at the supermarket . I had one for lunch today as I didnt have time to make my lunch. Normally I would just order something yummy like sausage roll from the canteen but felt good eating my soup. I am busy at the moment writing reports but hoping that I can fit in at least 4 exercise sessions this week on the treadmill. I have been dancing a lot more with DD as well. I swear she thinks I am a looney but all the moving around I am sure is helping.

    Tips for evenings:
*I have been having a cup of green tea. It has stopped my evening snacking and keeps me warm.
*Going to bed early and watching tv there as I wont eat in my bedroom.
*Brushing my teeth if I feel like I want to go and snack.

Also a a big woo hoo for me has been that I have resisted icecream and chocolate that has been in or fridge for a week and when I went out for Thai on the weekend with mothers group, I order salmon that came with veges (no rice), just had 1 glass of wine, no dessert or entree. I went home feeling really good.
