I have to cut back on alcohol, I have two glasses every nightand although I am losing on WW, I just think I could lose more if I only drank a couple of times per week. I normally just fill up my glass halfway but I worked out it was 200ml every time! So that is 400ml per night and I didn't realise! That is like 7 points a night! That is 49 points per week!

to those who are'nt doing as well as they would like, don't know the answer but I hope all of a sudden it falls into place and the weight starts coming off again, good luck. I know for me excerise is the key, it used to be I could lose weight by cutting back in the food dept, but now it is getting out and moving it??? Older I guess
