Everyone is going so well!
I went out on Saturday night and drank too much (again) and was craving a meat pie after that so I indulged a little!! Went for a big walk yesterday but I think I have pulled my hamstring so I have to slow down a bit.
I have a resistance training band which I could use - does anyone else do this? What are some good exercises?
