    WOW, soooo quiet....where is everyone????

I've lost 300g this week! Woot! I know naughty me for weighing myself before a week, but I needed some motivation! I haven't been exercising and eating hasn't been as good as it could be, but obviously good enough! I have started working agin this week (15hrs a week), so that could be a contributer too. I am sturggling to keep on going though. And having less time is making it difficult for me to make healthy food and exercise. I am really bad at time management. I just need to get into a routine and it will all be good!

Divvy sorry to hear about your injury. I hope it isn't a serious as it sounds and you don't need surgery.

Hi all, I fell off the wagon a little on the weekend, I went to a BB meet up and I made a cheesecake and had some, mmm, tasted good to, but I ended up going for a walk yesterday to try and move it. I've also been walking the boys to and from school, sometimes with Julian in the carrier for extra resistance, so hopefully the cheesecake won't matter to much in the scheme of things.

Divvy I hope the scan goes well today and shows that you don't need the op.

    hugs xoxo

Amanda - the cheesecake was GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!! I adored my piece

I'm back on the healthy food wagon again, was going to go to the gym this arvo but since I bruised myself fire twirling last night (with both poi & staff) I think I'm going to give myself a break tonight, have a date for body combat tomorrow night so I can't miss that!

Thanks so much guys for your well wishes! I go to the surgeon Thursday afternoon, so will update then. I didn't realise that it took two days for the report/films to go through!

I'm so proud of you girls for keeping on the wagon. I'd LOVE to be with you right now!

Hugs and well done to all!
