Hey all I have been slack lately but I have a new job and will walk from Flinders Street station to Richmond each day. So that is 35min each way, plus my walk to my local station. If all goes well I will get at least 1.5 hours walking each day!!

I am sooo depressed. I put on 1kg this week!. This is after two 30 mins jogs, two 40 mins games of indoor soccer and one bike ride. I wasn't even that bad with my eating. I wasn't awesome but I thought for sure my exercise would have been more than I ate.
Gosh I feel so awful. I am really starting to think for the first time that I am incapable of doing this.

Hi girls, sounds like most of us are in the same boat.. I put on 500grams this week and did'nt lose much last week. Definately not up to rewards yet!!! My first goal was to fit into the next size down and then go and buy some new clothes but....I am starting to get there but still think I need to lose another 3kgs before they will fit properly, I had hoped that I would be there by nowfood had been ruling me lately, feeling very snowed under and resorting to emotional eating. Damn!!!!!

I've lost another 700g this week, I've only been doing the school drop off and pick up but I've been using the double pram and it's a small uphill walk on the way home so I'm defineately working up a sweat.

Don't dispair everyone we are all doing so well.

Krysalyss maybe it's muscle that is the extra weight or AF coming soon?

    hugs xoxo

Urgh I've put on 300grams this week. I must be doing something wrong because my weight isn't budging even though I've lost a few cm's. I think I'm going to have to get really strict with my food and totally cut out ALL sweets.

I'm exercising every day and feel fitter, just want to get rid of this post baby jelly belly!!!

I lost another 500 grams! When I finally got into the next weight bracket (and by weight bracket I mean 60kg, 70kg, 80kg etc), it was so exciting! I was only in by the skin of my teeth, last week. I was expecting a gain this week, coz it seemed too good to be true. I've been trying to get into that bracket for months/years! Well, back into it.

Sorry Lucy we went away, back today. Did you still want me to email you my stats or just wait until next Wednesday? Ate far too much cr*p away but didn't care, went away to a nice resort so lived it up! Back on healthy eating tomorrow! Weighed myself then, still same weight though. Quite puzzling really, I ate pizza, chocolate and full buffet breakfasts every day (but didn't eat much, just eggs on toast really). But I had far too much wine. Hmmm....the body is a strange thing!

Hope everyone is doing well! Will go and read everyone's posts now

sounds like its been a slack week for some of us.

I didn't send in my stats this week either, actually I didn't even weigh/measure myself. I just felt too "yuk" and couldn't be bothered. But I'm still exercising and trying to eat properly. AF has turned up so maybe that explains it all. I measured my walking distance the other morning, it was 4.9km. I wonder if I can fit in just a little bit further and get it over the 5km. That took about 45 mins, so maybe I can also work on bringing the time down as well.

Well done everyone - even without losses - we're still sticking to our "change in lifestyles" and doing very well at that.

Wow, glad to see I'm not the only one struggling...
We have really dropped off huh??? C'mon girlies, we can do this!!! Where is everyone? I've lost 3kgs in the past 7/8wks (how long has it been??). I really need some more motivation. We did our grocery shopping yesterday, and it was a biiiig one!! and now we have a fully stocked healthy fridge and cupboards. Plus DH is trying to lose weight too...he saw himself on a video I took of him, and wasn't impressed, LOL! So hopefully he will help me now, not sabotage me. I hope so anyway! I need to start exercising again too. The weather has been insane here though, either 40+ degrees or pouring with rain for the last two weeks. I would go out on my own, but I have to take the kids with me and it's not child friendly weather! I am going to start doing some things at home though that I have no excuse not to do when the kids are sleeping, or DD can even join me in some yoga! Why not, huh?!

Ok, ladies, renew that motivation, imagine your skinny butts in tight jeans and lets morph into those sexy mummas!

    WE CAN DO THIS!!!!

I just went for a 20 min bike ride and am stuffed! I saw an old guy cycling and he was going faster than me - I felt sooo slow LOL so I really pushed it to try and catch him but couldn't. Oh well *hangs head in shame* I can only improve...

he saw himself on a video I took of him, and wasn't impressed
My dh saw pics of himself, and everyone comments on his weight, but still wont do anything about it

I have lost 4.5kg since the New Year Challenge started, 2.5kg of that in the last 4wks.

I want to lose a big number this week, how can I do that? When I started this challenge, my first mini goal was to make it to x-kg and I am 1.1kg away from it! Would be nice if I could lose that this week (with af impending or if I'm unlucky, later today). Any ideas?

For the download savvy, are there any exersise vids/dvds I can download? Do the libraries stock them? Maybe I should hook up my eye toy play as well...

WW Girls, are you with the Unlimited plan? Thinking of signing up. I heard that there was a section where you imput your own recipe and it tells you how many pts per serve....
