I am nowhere near as dedicated to to the exercise as I was in the beginning - but the healthy eating has actually become habit!! WOO HOO!!

I not interested in chocolate or lollies anymore - the thought of all the sugar actually makes me feel sick. My only weakness is potato bakes and other carb loaded meals - but I am getting much better.

I have been so busy the last few weeks that I just haven't had time to walk. But I am off to Sorrento for the weekend (from Thursday) and I plan on doing lots of beach walks - especially sunrise and sunset - mmmm BLISS!!

I reminded DP go easy on how much he feeds me at night (since he does all the cooking), we eat healthy but he's giving me too much food!!!!!! I'm getting heaps of sweaty cardio exercise and I'm back at the gym this week, I've also almost cut out smoking completely (smoking was always stress related - no stress in my life - no smoking!)

We're also taking the kids & the dog for a walk this arvo so that will be some nice exercise

Hi girls Im still here. Im eating healthier now than before I started this challenge but I could do better. Doing really well with the exercise still doing the couch to 5k and I've started tdo some light weights. I have quit the gym because Im enjoying running and the weights more and its a lot cheaper lol. I hadn't measured myself for a while and was stoked the other day to find I've lost 25cm!! Almost half way to my major goal, 1.8kg to pre Aimee weight. It feels like it is happening slowly but I guess 6kg in 7 odd weeks isn't too bad and my clothes are fitting me again which is a nice feeling. I am so much happier with my body and happier in general, I think the exercise is helping heaps with my moods.

Just ate some chocolate though but its ok I'll just go for a jog this arvo and a little treat now and then is ok, just have to make sure I dont finish off the block

Well done to everyone who is still part of the challenge
    Aponi enjoy your trip
Hoody hope everyone is feeling better, it must have felt good that your dress was too big lol

Well done to the girls who are doing so well, send some motivation my way
Sorry to those who are not doing so great (puts her hand up) I am walking but eating so much junk, everyday I say I getting my act together, starts off ok. Then starts the down hill slide. The kids all have colds at the moment, nothing dramatic, but bubs has been sleeping for about an hour then waking up crying cause she can't breathe, knocks me around the next day, if I don't get my exercise in the morning it does'nt happen!!!
The other thing is I am feeling a bit depressed, just about everywhere I look there is hill after hill of black, in all directions, I am so looking forward to some rain to green up at least some grass after the fires. It really is a constant reminder, having to look at it everywhere you go and does'nt do anything to make me feel like getting out, plus I am always listening for helicopters/ planes JIC and seems I'm always waiting for something.
Anyway sorry about the vent just had to get it off my chest, hopefully this week I will be able to get back to loseing a bit of weight, I need to, I'm sick of being stagnent.

HI guys. Well I am luckily doing much better this week. I can't weigh myself as I am away on holidays but will put in my weekend weight which is 2kg lighter than last week so perhaps the 1.5kg gain last week was a false one (maybe extra fluids or something?). So woo hoo! I was really down for a while. My eating is still the hardest part for me and now that I am on holidays well...ummmm....you know. But luckily my parents who I am staying with are both trying to lose weight so even when I go off track they don't join in. It isn't as much fun to eat junk food by yourself. I will have to keep up the jogging while I am away as I cant cycle to work or play soccer. But I jogged/walked 6 kms this morning in 45 mins so am happy with that. I have been doing about 30 mins but didn't really know how much in distance so this gives me something to work on improving. Will also check out any yoga type classes near me for a bit of fun workout. In total I have lost 7 cms from my tummy since Xmas so I am proud and happy. Good luck for the next week girls!

Hoody- Lucy posted this a couple of weeks ago, I don't think she has been on much (maybe at all) since this post. Im just hoping that everything is ok with her and her family.

I have some family stuff I need to deal with over the next few days, so I may not be around to colate results etc for Thursday.

Send me all the details though, and I will try and get to it.......but if there are no results from me on Thursday, forgive me. We have some big time crappola to deal with WRT my Mum's health..................sorry......

had to move my weigh in day to Saturday (tomorrow) coz I've started studying... hopefully I've lost a bit, even just a few hundred grams would be great - a loss is a loss! I had a bit of a whirlwind week, and didn't eat very well. Hoping that doesn't reflect.
