yesterday I tried to start TF but didn't have all I needed so only half did it.
I was very bad and had no breakfast.
2L water throughout the day
2 decaf coffees
1 lemon herbal tea
chicken and mango salad with rocket and cashews for lunch
1 apple
1 chocolate TF shake for dinner
mmm no where near enough vegies yesterday, I will be working on that today!
