How about a smoothie with some fruit, yogurt and wheatgerm in it? You could put it all in the blender the night before so all you have to do is hit the whizz button.

that's a great idea with 4 kids to get ready in a morning breakfast is usually a nightmare hence skipping it, I found a recipe for some breakfast muffins too (healthy)that can be baked ahead

I've been doing this for awhile. I hard boil some eggs and keep them in the fridge to have on toast when I'm short on time.

5:am do organic yogurt "power packs" in squeezy things which are great for on he run.

A little idea for anyone time poor - bacon and egg cups done in muffin tins, topped with some ricotta or feta, half a grape tomato and some chives!

Good luck chicks, my go to is toast and coffee literally eaten on my way out the door and not much I can do to change it right now!!!

I'm in! I usually don't eat at home so then I stop at the cafe for coffee and raisin toast. Such a crap habit. I am up for cereal or eggs on grain toast if I am up early enough - another thing I need to do
