Hi Sharon and Mannie,

Great to have you ladies on board, now that the weather is starting to warm up, for me anyway (I'm in Melbourne) it is the perfect time!

I have just found out my DD is going in tomorrow for an operation to remove the pins in her jaw (you may be able to see in her pic below) so I will be starting the couch to 5 km training around mid week next week.

I will post how I go with what will be an exhausting first run/walk - I am sooo unfit!

Good luck with yours if you get a chance to start before me.
